    Each bottle contains a month’s supply of SURVIVE (60 capsules, 2 capsules per daily serving). SURVIVE is designed to be taken daily and is recommended to be consumed in the morning.     Brain Nutrition 

    In population studies, long-term consumption of green tea, wine and olive oil have been shown to be associated with lower incidence of cognitive decline. The ingredients in SURVIVE are concentrated extracts of the health-promoting polyphenols from each of these dietary factors.

    Green Tea

    In a study of 490 Japanese volunteers aged 60 or over, those who drank green tea every day were one-third as likely to suffer from cognitive decline compared to those who never drank it.

    In another study of 1,003 Japanese volunteers aged 70 or over, those who drank two or more cups of green tea per day were half as likely to suffer from cognitive impairment compared to those who drank less than four cups per week.

    In a study of 3,777 volunteers aged 65 and over, those who drank a moderate amount of wine were 19% as likely to develop dementia and 28% as likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease compared to non-drinkers.

    In another study of 980 volunteers aged 65 and over, those who drank a light to moderate amount of wine were 59% as likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease compared to non-drinkers.

     Olive Oil 

    In a study of 6,947 volunteers aged 65 and over, those who used olive oil intensely in their diets 20% less likely to suffer from decline in visual memory compared to those who did not consume olive oil. Similarly, intense olive oil consumption was associated with 17% lower probability of declining verbal fluency.

    Brain Growth & Structure

    Animal studies have investigated the neuroprotective qualities of green tea, wine and olive oil using polyphenol extracts like those in SURVIVE. Results suggest that these polyphenols are able to increase brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the hippocampus, the key part of the brain associated with memory and learning. In turn, BDNF upregulates neurogenesis (the generation of new neurons) and enhances new neuron survival. 

    These polyphenols may also reduce amyloid aggregation in the brain. Amyloid aggregation is associated with Alzheimer’s disease and downregulates BDNF.

    Increase BDNF

    Rats fed green tea from 12 to 19 months of age showed elevated levels of hippocampal BDNF compared to untreated rats (Assunção et al, 2010). 

    Mice fed olive polyphenols showed elevated levels of BDNF in the hippocampus and olfactory bulbs compared to untreated mice (De Nicolo et al, 2013).

    In a human study, plasma levels of BDNF increased by 30% over baseline following ingestion of grape seed extract; due to the small sample size, the result was not statistically significant (Reyes-Izquierdo et al, 2013).

    Enhance Neurogenesis

    Mice fed green tea extract showed enhanced neurogenesis in the hippocampus compared to untreated mice (Yoo et al, 2010). In another study that observed the same outcome, the treated mice also demonstrated enhanced spatial cognition (Wang et al, 2012). It was further shown that green tea extract increased new neuron survival as a result of increased neurogenesis in another mouse study (Ortiz-López et al, 2016).

    Mice fed grape seed extract also showed enhanced neurogenesis in the hippocampus compared to untreated mice (Yoo et al, 2011).

    Reduced Amyloid Aggregation

    Alzheimer’s mice fed with grape seed extract showed amyloid-beta levels in the brain and serum reduced by 33% and 44%, respectively, compared with Alzheimer’s mice fed with a control diet. Amyloid plaques and microgliosis in the brain of Alzheimer’s mice fed with grape seed extract were also reduced by 49% and 70%, respectively (Wang et al, 2009).

    Consistent with these results, Alzheimer’s mice fed with grape seed extract for five months showed significantly improved cognitive function compared to untreated mice (Wang et al, 2008).


    Elevated levels of blood sugar are associated with cognitive ageing and dementia. Green Tea Extract and Olive Leaf Extract have been shown to reduce blood glucose in studies of healthy subjects.
